The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Should I just get a One Time or get a Year long agreement.
    Every situation is different and every home is unique. Great rule of thumb is if you feel your going to call again within the year for retreatment then it would be a money saver to just get the year protection and call us for a free follow up.
  • Do I have to leave at time of treatment?
    At the time of treatment we recommend you keep away from treated area until it dries or 30 minutes after service is completed.
  • What pests are covered under an annual general pest agreement.
    Roaches, Ants, Spiders, Paper Wasps Removal, Centipedes, Silverfish, Waterbug, Millipedes, Box elder beetles & rodents
  • How much do you charge for bed bug inspection?
    We identify possible bed bugs thru text or email for free. Physical inspections are $75 + tax and if we find activity and you choose to move forward with treatment we apply the fee as credit to the bed bug service charge.
  • How effective is bed bug inspection performed by a person instead of a dog?
    Dog inspection is great tool but they can't reach certain areas. Inspection performed by a technician we believe is more effective because certain scents from cleaning products or certain dusts can affect the dogs effectiveness during the inspection process.
  • I think I have bed bugs, what do I do?
    Ok so if you found a possible bed bug start by placing it in a ziplock bag so that we may identify it and confirm. You can text an image to our office number 914-236-0454 or email us a picture at customer@candepest.com and we will identify it. If you it is identified as a bed bug then we recommend you get treatment as soon as possible to avoid further spreading of activity. We handle all the prep and service comes with 6 month guarantee.
